Name and Password

Why do I need a login?
We need information about where you live and how to contact you in order to process and ship your order. This also allow you to check when your order has been shipped. Once your name and address is in the our system you can just log in and your address will be avail for your next order.
We do not store credit card numbers and your other personal information is strictly confidential.

If you forget your password just type in your email address and the software will send you your password if it matches the address in our system.

We specialize in high quality sport fishing items and outdoor gear. We do not deal in seconds, open box, refurbished, or store returns.

All items are factory direct to you, delivered with the full manufacturer's warranties.

Please be aware that there are people on the Internet selling knockoffs and almost-new items that they claim to be new. We make an honest attempt to meet or beat any legitimate price.

If you do not find the item you are looking for in our store, send us an email and we will attempt to locate it for you at the lowest possible price.

The Credit Card Statement Name "COMPUTERRES" is the name that will appear on your credit card statements. for any paypal purchases.

Return Policy

LakeSuperiorStore- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will do everything we can to correct the problem for you.

You must contact us for a Returned Material Authorization number before returning products to us! Any package received without proper authorization, will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges are accepted with in 10 days after you receive your item. the merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all of its paperwork, and any other items that came with it. The shipping and handling charges will be refunded only if the item is defective or damaged during shipment. You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise.

All hooks, lures, and plastic baits cannot be returned once they have been opened.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges (this is waived if there was damage in shipping).
There is a 20% restocking fee on special order items.
There is a 10% restocking fee on all other returns.

All shipping is done by US Mail, or Canada Post ground unless other wise requested by purchaser at purchaser's expense. Delays/Out of Stock Items:
We will contact you by email in the unlikely event there is any delay in dispatching your order. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes were items can not be sign for by the purchaser.
